• I document and analyse structural damage and building defects, identify the cause of the damage or defect, provide advice on regeneration and evaluate the costs of modernisation. I also document the condition of a building for proceedings for the preservation of evidence.
• In matters concerning structural damage, on a national level, I monitor ongoing building projects and give advice, as well as providing advice on the basic structure of buildings. My work is based on many years' practical experience in architectural planning, in engineering and above all in construction supervision.
• In matters concerning structural damage, I operate both in legal proceedings, as well as out of court for private clients. My private clients include building companies, real estate companies, residential property collectives and property management companies, companies owning real estate and private individuals.
