• My surveyor's office handles property. The financial appraisal of property and the valuation of developed and undeveloped land is one of my areas of expertise. Renting and leasing, in respect of a property's estimated value and its condition and features, is another field in which I am specialised. My third specialist field encompasses the detection, inspection and valuation of structural damage.
• I am a certified and publicly appointed property surveyor. Widely experienced in my areas of expertise, I have 20 years' experience as a civil engineer, 12 years' experience as a property valuation surveyor and have produced as many as 1 600 appraisals. Through my professional involvement in the construction business, as well as my experience gained in an architectural and engineering firm, I have extensive knowledge in civil engineering and in the construction management of large scale building projects down to smaller constructions.
• Although I operate throughout Germany, 90 per cent of my assignments are in Niedersachsen, Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. Courts of all instances, businesses, institutions, non-profit organisations and private clients depend on my expertise.
